Employees are entitled to one (1) day paid Menstruation Leave per month. If the cumulative Menstruation Leaves do not exceed three days in a year, the leaves shall not be counted toward days off for Sick Leave. All additional Menstruation Leaves shall be counted toward days off for Sick Leave.
Scheduling Menstrual Leave
Please notify your manager at your earliest convenience. Once agreed with your manager, enter your Menstruation Leave time in Workday [VMware network access required] under time off type Miscellaneous.
