VMware provides Life, Accident, Total Permanent Disability Insurance through Generali Life Assurance (Thailand) PCL
Policy Period: January to December
Eligibility
All regular full-time employees aged below 65 are covered under Life, Accident Death & Disability and Total Permanent Disability Insurance.
Benefits
The sum assured is two (2) times of your annual salary. Annual salary includes base salary and target bonus. Limitations and exclusions may apply.
Contributions
VMware pays 100% of the premium costs for Life, Accident Death & Disability and Total Permanent Disability Insurance.
When Coverage Begins
Coverage starts on the first day of your employment with VMware.
When Coverage Ends
Coverage ends on your last day of service with VMware.
