The UltimateAdvisor® legal insurance plan from ARAG® protects you and your loved ones when faced with legal situations.

How it Works

The legal insurance plan offers coverage for many personal legal matters incurred by you, your spouse or your eligible dependent children. When you use a network attorney, attorney fees are paid in full for most covered legal matters . When you use an out-of-network attorney, you pay for the attorney for the legal services and file a claim for reimbursement up to the benefit amount listed in your legal plan.

Telephone Advice: Call 800-247-4184 to be connected with a knowledgeable professional over the phone when you need information and direction to address your legal matters.

Paying for Coverage

You can purchase the ARAG UltimateAdvisor legal insurance plan for $15.23 per month ($7.62 per paycheck). Premiums are taken from your paycheck on an after-tax basis. Enrollment in the plan is offered during New Hire Enrollment, Open Enrollment or at the time of a qualified life event. If you enroll in the legal plan your eligible family members are automatically enrolled.
