Congratulations! The coming weeks and months will be a busy, exciting time for you both. Here’s a checklist of the benefit changes you might want to consider and some other resources to help you through the process. 

Benefit Changes

  • Update beneficiary information for Life Insurance through HR Source 
  • Add dependents to medical coverage through HR Source 

Updating Personal Information

If you need to update your marital status and/or your legal name, you will need to contact through HR Source  

Time Away

Planning time away from work to celebrate is an important consideration. There are a few leave options available to you, be sure to review the details for eligibility requirements: 

  • Annual Time Off {link}
  • Special extended leave: Employees getting married or have signed a civil partnership are granted with 5 days of paid time off in addition to the vacation entitlement, as per Romanian Labour Regulations.
  • Kid’s marriage: employees are granted with 2 days of paid time off by statutory due to a son’s/daughter’s wedding or civil union.
