Marriage Time Off
Congratulations! VMware knows that getting married is a very exciting time and provides Marriage Time Off, in accordance with statutory requirements, so you can take time to enjoy your wedding.
Entitlement
You may be granted up to a three (3) days Marriage Time Off (three consecutive working days) with pay, only for your first legal marriage. Your marriage registration date must be within your employment with VMware. The leave is to be taken only once during the entire employment.
Scheduling Marriage Time Off
- Discuss your Marriage Time Off request with your manager at least three (3) calendar days in advance, making sure it is approved
- Once agreed with your manager, enter your Marriage Time Off in Workday [VMware network access required] under time off type Marriage Time Off.
