VMware supports employees and their families in one of the most important times in life – the birth of a child. Maternity Leave allows mothers to take time off in accordance with statutory requirements so that you can take the necessary time off work to recover and to bond with your new baby.
Maternity benefits are available to VMware Peru employees who are active with the company.
As per statutory requirement, 49 days before birth and 49 days after birth will be granted for maternity. In the event of birth of a child with a disability, or multiple births, leave will be extended for an additional period of 30 days
Scheduling Maternity Leave
After the manager is notified, employees need to report the use of this benefit prior to the first day of leave through a HelpNow ticket. In the body of the ticket employees need to include all dates they wish to take off using Maternity Leave.
