As a VMware employee, will be provided with VMware Health Plan coverage through Pacifico. Premiums are 100% covered by VMware.
All regular full-time employees and their qualified dependents are eligible. Qualified dependents include spouse, domestic partner, children, step-children until 18 years old.
Participants can access care through the Pacifico Network or can request reimbursement medical care provided outside the Pacifico Network.
In order to receive reimbursement for medical care received outside the Pacifico Network you will need to submit your expenses to Pacifico for reimbursement.
Benefits include coverage of up to SOL 3,500,000 per person per year, including:
- Outpatient, hospitalization and maternity with deductibles and coinsurance in networks;
- Medical consultation at home;
- Dental and vision coverage with deductibles and coinsurance in networks;
- Oncological coverage;
- Medical preventive check up.
Coverage for you and your dependents will begin on your first day of active work as a VMware employee, provided you enroll within 30 calendar days of your start date, will end on the last day of your employment with VMware.
