Birthday Leave
Eligibility
All regular full time employees are eligible.
Entitlement
You are entitled to one (1) paid day of Birthday Leave.
Scheduling Birthday Leave
- Discuss your plans with your manager. While business requirements must be taken into consideration, your manager will work with you to ensure that work load does not restrict you from taking Birthday Leave.
- Once agreed with your manager, enter your Birthday Leave time in Workday [VMware network access required] under leave type Miscellaneous
