Maternity Leave
VMware supports employees and their families in one of the most important times in life – the birth of a child. Maternity Leave allows mothers to take time off in accordance with statutory requirements so that you can take the necessary time away from work to recover and bond with your new baby.
Effective March 1, 2022, VMware Maternity Leave falls within the Global Paid Parental Leave policy. All active employees whose child is born on or after March 1st, 2022 are eligible for the leave entitlements detailed below. If your child was born prior to March 1st, 2022, please note that the previous leave policy applies. To understand your entitlements under the previous leave policy please review the relevant policy on VMware Source.
