Grocery and Restaurant Card

As a VMware employee, you will receive a monthly credit into your Grocery and Restaurant card through Si Vale. Credits are deposited into your cards during the last days of the month.

Grocery Card

VMware will deposit a monthly credit of 12% of your base salary, up to 1 UMA (3,153.70 MXN). This can be used at any location to purchase groceries for you and your family.

Restaurant Card

VMware will deposit a monthly credit of 1 UMA (3,153.70 MXN). This can be used to purchase meals at any location for you and your family.

New Hires

New employees will receive their Si Vale cards at the home address registered in Workday within 2-4 weeks from their start date.

For new employees, the first deposit may vary from the regular amount, based on their joining date. Amount might be higher if deposit includes any month in arrears. Similarly, amount might be lower based on a proportional calculation if deposit is made within the same month of hire.
