Savings Fund
As a VMware employee, you will be automatically enrolled into the Savings Fund plan through Skandia.
Contributions
You will contribute 13% of your monthly salary, up to a maximum of 1.3 UMA. VMware will match this 13% contribution up to a maximum of 1.3 UMA.
Savings Period and Payout
Period for savings runs from June of each year until May of next year. At the of June of each year, employees will receive their savings along with the accrued interest for the period. Payment is made throught electronic transfer to the corresponding bank account registered.
Cash Advance
In case you have an unexpected event, or wish to use a part or total of your savings before the annual payout, you will have the opportunity to request a cash advance through the Skandia website. Please note that you can only request one cash advance per year
