Menstrual Leave
Eligibility
All regular full time employees.
Entitlement
Employees are entitled to 1 paid day of Menstrual Leave per month.
Scheduling Menstrual Leave
- Menstrual Leave, must be discussed with your manager. While business requirements must be taken into consideration when planning leave periods, management and staff will work together on reasonable measures to ensure that work load does not unreasonably restrict the taking of Menstrual Leave.
- After your manager has been notified, record your Menstrual Leave in Workday [VMware network access required].
