VMware South Korea employees are entitled to one (1) paid day of leave for the 60th birthday of a parent.
Scheduling Birthday Leave
- Birthday Leave, must be discussed with your manager. While business requirements must be taken into consideration when planning leave periods, management and staff will work together on reasonable measures to ensure that work load does not unreasonably restrict the taking of Birthday Leave.
- After your manager has been notified, record your Birthday Leave in Workday [VMware network access required] under time off type Miscellaneous (Hours).
