Non-Dirigenti 

VMware provides non-Dirigenti with a healthcare scheme for the reimbursement of medical and dental expenses. The healthcare scheme is provided through Cassa di Assistenza Sanint.

Eligibility 

All regular non-Dirigenti employees of VMware and their qualified dependents are eligible to participate in the healthcare plan. 

Benefits 

Reimbursement of expenses are subject to the following annual limits per family unit:

As the plan works replacing the mandatory Funds, within the above mentioned limits, medical expenses reimbursements are subject to some deductibles / non-covered percentages.

Pre-Existing Conditions 

Pre-existing conditions may be excluded under the healthcare plan.

Enrolment 

You are automatically enrolled in the Health Insurance plan, upon providing your completed enrolment form. Coverage will be effective from your date of hire.

Contributions 

VMware pays 100% of the premium costs for you and your covered dependents to participate in the Cassa Sanint coverage. 

Coverage Begins 

Coverage for you and your dependents under the healthcare plan will begin on your first day of active work as a VMware employee, provided you promptly complete and return your enrolment form.

Coverage Ends 

Coverage for you and your dependents under the VMware healthcare plan will end on the last day of your employment with VMware. 

Dirigenti 

VMware provides Healthcare plans for Dirigenti employees through FASDAC and supplemental coverage is provided through Cassa di Assistenza Sanint. 

Eligibility 

All Dirigenti employees of VMware and their qualified dependents are eligible to participate in the Health plan. 

Benefits 

VMware provides a private healthcare plan through Cassa Sanint which reimburses up to 100% of the expenses not fully met by FASDAC (under the mandatory Health fund from the CBA) subject to the following annual limits per a family unit:
