Enrolling in Benefits
You may enroll or change your benefits coverage with VMware if you fall under one of the respective categories:
- New Hire, Rehire, or Transfer
New hires, newly eligible employees, rehires can enroll or make changes to their Health Insurance, Retirement Plan, nominated dependent’s pension and/or update Life Insurance beneficiaries. You can do this via MyLife [VMware network access required]. MyLife [VMware network access required] will always be open, except for during the payroll close process when it will be unavailable.
Eligibility
If you are a regular full or part-time employee, you are eligible to enroll in VMware benefit plans. Eligibility begins as of your start date. VMware offers benefit coverage for you and your legal dependents. Eligible dependents include:
- Spouse/Partner
- Children under the age of 18
- In certain circumstances, Older Children enrolled in full-time education
