Flexible benefits

VMware Indonesia employees are entitled to out patient benefits as outlined below.

Effective 1st June 2022, this program will be managed by Integrated Health Plans Pte Lts (IHP) and paid via monthly payroll for expenses related to Outpatient, Dental, Vision and Health checks for you and your eligible dependents.

Eligibility

  • Employee: All regular full-time employees up to retirement age
  • Spouse: Legal spouse of eligible employee
  • Child (ren): Unmarried dependent child up to age 25 years

Note: New employees and their dependents are eligible from date of hire. Pro-ration amount applies if he/she does not complete the full financial year of service during his first & last year of employment at VMware.

  • Team member individual limit: IDR 7.5mil
  • Family (Spouse and Children) limit: IDR 13.5mil
Dental Employee & Spouse & Child(ren)
  • Team member limit: IDR 3.6mil
  • Family (Spouse and Children) limit: IDR 10mil
Vision Employee & Spouse & Child(ren)
  • Team member limit: IDR 1.6mil
  • Family (Spouse and Children) limit: IDR 2.6mil
Health check-up Employee
  • Team member limit: Claim up to IDR 1.5mil once every 2 policy years

Reimbursement Process and Claim Processing Timeline

All claims are to be submitted on IHP portal or mobile app as outlined in the process flow document [VMware network access required]. Claims will be reimbursed via monthly payroll depending on the date of submission.

Reimbursement Schedule

Employee to upload receipts on IHP portal or Mobile app On or before the end of every month for the following month payment

Making Changes

For existing employees, the enrollment window will be open effective Annual Enrollment Period within which you can make alterations to your benefit selections or when you have a qualified life event listed below:

If you experience a qualified life event and want to make changes to your enrollment you should notify HR Source [VMware network access required] within 30 days of the life event.

When Coverage Begins

You are your dependents are automatically enrolled in Outpatient Benefits plan from your date of employment at VMware.

When Coverage Ends

Coverage for you and your dependents will end on the last day of your employment at VMware. You access to IHP portal will cease on your last date, hence you are encouraged to submit claims before last working day.
