Lyra and ICAS: Mental Health Coaching, Therapy, And Work Life Services

Lyra, partnered with ICAS, provides global emotional wellbeing support for employees and their families*. Lyra and ICAS is available at no charge and connect employees and their dependents to mental and emotional wellbeing support that is confidential, effective, convenient, and personalized. Lyra and ICAS can help with stress, anxiety, depression, communication issues, sleep disorders, and other common issues that can be addressed through services such as therapy, coaching, or self-directed mental wellness tools.

Using technology, proven treatments, and a network of top therapists and coaches, Lyra  and ICAS matches you to the right care for your needs.

Lyra and ICAS services feature confidential one-on-one counseling, referrals and tools including:

• 12 sessions with a coach or therapist for you and your family members
• Access to high quality care from quality providers
• Online tools and wellbeing resources i.e. Lyra Essentials, Healthy Minds App
• Work Life services and referrals including financial, legal, and dependent care

All VMware employees and your dependents are eligible for up to 12 no-cost, confidential counseling sessions per year. Depending on your situation, you may be referred to other providers for further counseling or assistance after your Lyra counseling sessions have been exhausted or indeed before this because the nature of the counselling requires more specialist expertise than the standard counselling service provided by Lyra and ICAS (e.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). If you choose to use additional services, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred, although your VMware medical plan may cover some of the costs.

These services are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, so that they are available when you need them most.

*The minimum age Lyra and ICAS can support varies by country. The average minimum age is 12.
