Hatch Financial Planning

Hatch is a financial planning and financial coaching service which employees can pay for via salary sacrifice. Hatch’s team of financial coaches are money management experts who help you build your financial plan.

The first step is to book a FREE financial planning session with a Hatch financial coach.

This first session is a chance for you to:

  • Discuss your goals and current finances
  • Get an initial assessment of how your finances could be improved
  • Ask any questions you may have about managing your money (or Hatch)

If you would like to continue after the free session, you can select the Hatch benefit via the MyLife [VMware network access required] benefits portal. This will give you full access to the Hatch service for the following 12 months.

Eligibility

All regular full time and part time employees. Fixed Term Contractors and Interns are not eligible for this flexible benefit. The benefit is an anytime benefit which means it is not restricted to open enrolment in April.

Cost

The cost of the Hatch service is £249 payable over 12 monthly instalments via salary sacrifice deductions. As the benefit is a salary sacrifice benefit, you save on tax and national insurance.

Benefit Begins

The service is available to you for 12 months from the date you select the benefit in the MyLife [VMware network access required] benefits portal.

Benefit Ends

You will be able to continue to use the remainder of the 12 months service once you leave VMware as the outstanding instalments for the remaining months of the 12 month period will be deducted your final payroll.
