Retirement

To support our employees in building up their savings to fund important life projects, or precautionary savings for Retirement, VMware provides:

  • PEE (Plan d’Epargne Business): Savings Plan
  • PERECOL (Plan d’Epargne Retraite Collectif ): Collective Retirement Savings Plan

Eligibility

Your are eligible to participate in the  PEE or PERECOL plans once you have completed 3 months of continuous employment with VMware.

Employee Contributions

  • PEE:
    • Make a voluntary payment
    • Choose to contribute Participation and / or Profit Share into the PEE ​
  • PERECOL:
    • Make a voluntary payment
    • Choose to contribute Participation and / or Profit Share into the PERECOL
    • Transfer up to 10 unused annual leave days (CP and RTT combined). ​

VMware Contributions

  • PEE:
    • VMware will match only your employee voluntary contributions into the PEE at 50% up to € 500 per year.
  • PERECOL:
    • VMware will match only your employee voluntary contributions into the PERECOL at 100% up to €1,000 per year.

Account Set Up

  • Upon first money transfer (voluntary payment, profit share), CIC (Crédit Industriel et Commercial) will create your bank account and will send your login/password by postal mail to your home address
  • You can connect to your account via the CIC (Crédit Industriel et Commercial) website
  • Your account will be for both PEE and PERECOL ​

Payment Opportunities and Timings

  • Voluntary personal payments can be made any time, using the secured website
  • HR contribution campaigns run twice a year: in spring and in autumn

The profit share campaign runs every summer.
