Birthday Time Off

VMware provides Birthday Time Off to celebrate your 40^th/50^th birthday.

Entitlement

You are entitled to one (1) paid day off on your 40^th or 50^th birthday. This day is non-transferable to another date unless this day falls on a non – working day or Public Holiday.

Scheduling Birthday Time Off

• Discuss your Birthday Leave plans in advance with your manager. While business requirements must be taken into consideration, your manager will work with you to ensure that work load does not restrict you from taking Birthday Time Off.
• Once agreed with your manager, enter your Birthday Time Off in Workday [VMware network access required] under time off type Miscellaneous Time Off (Days).
