Lunch Allowance

VMware provides a monthly Lunch Allowance in lieu of VMware providing a lunch card benefit in Finland.

Eligibility

All regular employees and fixed term contract employees on payroll. Self-employed and agency workers are excluded.

Allowance

• €83.33 is paid monthly as a lunch allowance (€1,000 per annum)
• The allowance is paid via payroll and subject to normal tax/social security deductions
• The allowance is paid from Day 1 of employment at VMware and pro-rated for new hires
• The lunch allowance will not be provided for days that are not worked (including any Leaves of Absence)
