Health Care Reform

Health Care Reform, also known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), is a law that requires all Americans to have health insurance, either through their employer, private insurance or the Marketplace Exchange. Individuals without insurance could be subject to pay a penalty.

The law also requires VMware to provide required notices regarding health plans, Medicare, enrollment rights and other topics. These notices are updated annually.
