VMware provides Private Health Insurance through INS.


All regular full-time employees and their qualified dependents are eligible. Domestic Partners that have co-habituated for more than one (1) year are also eligible for coverage.

You will complete your enrollment [2] during your first day. A representative from ASPROSE will guide you through the process. Coverage for you and your dependents will begin on your first day of active work as a VMware employee. If you experience a life event and want to make changes to your enrollment [2] will need to report the life event to HR Source [3] [VMware network access required].

Pre-Existing Conditions

Pre-existing conditions may be excluded under the plan.


VMware will pay 100% of the premium costs for you and your eligible dependents.

When Coverage Ends

Coverage for you and your dependents under the VMware Healthcare plan will end on the last day of your employment with VMware.
