VMware provides Private Health Insurance through INS.
All regular full-time employees and their qualified dependents are eligible. Domestic Partners that have co-habituated for more than one (1) year are also eligible for coverage.

You will complete your enrollment during your first day. A representative from ASPROSE will guide you through the process. Coverage for you and your dependents will begin on your first day of active work as a VMware employee.
Dependents’ Enrollment and Removal
Spouse/Partner and children are eligible for medical coverage under the medical plan. In order to proceed with the enrollment:
- For spouse/partner: please have your spouse/partner fill and sign the INS Enrollment Form and send it over to ASPROSE Representative to proceed.
- For children: you as the employee, will need to fill and sign the INS Enrollment Form, and send it over to ASPROSE Representative to proceed.
In case you wish to remove any dependent from your medical plan, please send an email to the ASPROSE Representative to request the change of dependents.
Pre-existing conditions may be excluded under the plan. For more information, please reach out to the ASPROSE Representative.
VMware will pay 100% of the premium costs for you and your eligible dependents.
When Coverage Ends
Coverage for you and your dependents under the VMware Healthcare plan will end on the last day of your employment with VMware.
