To use the benefits covered under this plan, please connect directly with Canada Life, 1-800-957-9777. Use of this service is confidential. No personal claims information is collected by the VMware benefits team.
Medical Reimbursement Plan
The Medical Reimbursement Plan (MRP) has an annual calendar year limit of CAD $20,000.00 per person to cover procedures and/or treatments for gender dysphoria not covered by the Provincial Healthcare system.
Some of the procedures covered under the plan are, but not limited to:
- Collagen Injections
- Hair Removal/Transplantation
- Jaw Reduction
- Mastectomy
- Pectoral Implants
- Rhinoplasty
