Life Insurance
You are covered under Life Insurance and Accidental Dismemberment and Disability (AD&D) by Generali. Your coverage will begin on your first day of active work as a VMware employee, and it will end the last day of your employment with VMware. VMware pays 100% of the premium costs for Life Insurance and AD&D.
Death
- Lump sum of 52 x base monthly salary
- Maximum benefit: R$ 3,338,871.12
- Funeral Assistance: Up to R$3,500 for employee and eligible dependents
AD&D
Additional lump sum of up to 52 x base monthly salary
Beneficiary
Beneficiary If you want to designate or change your Life Insurance beneficiary, you will need to complete a beneficiary form and send it to Mercer Marsh VMware support at: atendimento.vmware@mercermarshbeneficios.com
