Personal Leave

VMware provides paid Personal Leave as per statutory requirements.

Entitlement

You are entitled to paid PersonaL Leave for special reasons, such as to testify in court or to care for close family member.

Scheduling Personal Leave

Discuss your Personal Leave plans, in advance, with your manager. If an absence is unexpected, you should notify your manager as soon as possible. While business requirements must be taken into consideration, your manager will work with you to ensure that work load does not restrict you from taking Personal Leave.
