Training Leave

VMware provides Training Leave as per statutory requirements.

Entitlement

Once you have completed a full year of service with VMware you are entitled to Training Leave. Training Leave is an unpaid leave lasting for three (3) month to twelve (12) months for the purpose of taking a training break in an institution agreed by the Labour Market Services.

Scheduling Training Leave

You should inform your manager and HR Source [VMware network access required] of your intent to take Training Leave as soon as reasonably possible, so that proper arrangements can be made prior to your leave period.
